First time Overclock

So I got an i5 9600k (just oc it to 4.8Ghz) and running a prime 95 test (Blend), after the 15 minute mark the cpu has gone between 50C and 80C (only hit 80 on 2 cores), (voltage is set to auto but is showing at a 1.315 max [VID]), is this a safe OC?

 

Also I have a msi gaming z 2070 and wondering if i should leave it stock or OC it a little (have noticed before OCing the CPU that the Mem Clock speed is the thing maxing out during game benchmarks)

I would never leave voltage on auto when manually OC’ing. The voltages being fed to the cpu sometimes are crazy haha.

just left it on while i slept and this is what it says

Thank you for that, its my first time so i didn't want to over do it, which is why i went to 48 over the stock 46. and i dont know what exactly "stable" means
