Few question about VM

Okay, so i wanted to make VMs on my computer, just to play at the same time as my brother. It wont be anyting powerfull, only i5-8400, 1070 and some old graphics card for second (weaker) VM.

And i have few questions before i even start dealing with it:

1:Do i need to format my storage? Cant i just use windows that is installed already?

2:I have only 2 pcie16 slots, so i cant use two GPU for VMs, and one for unraid. So i have to probably use IGPU for VM/unraid. Can it even be done that way?

3:Is it even worthy to split it 4 cores + 1070 ; 2 cores + some old GPU?

Thats questions that i need to know, before i even get started with this. Maybe later ill add more. (also sorry for my kinda broken english)

EDIT: I wanted to do it  based on 2 gamers 1 CPU LTT video.

Also this question was posed a couple of years ago with the same outcome:

If you already have the second GPU, it’s frankly a better idea to just hunt eBay/craigslist/kijiji/LTT classifieds for some cheap low-ish end hardware to finish the second build.

Your GTX 1070 is going to suffer from just 2

cores, and the setup is complicated and troubleshooting will be more difficult.

If you want to do this solution, do it for fun only.

Keep in mind, that a huge number of modern games need at least 4 cores....with an i5-8400 you're going to be starving games with only 2 cores allocated...

You're best to find a cheap second hand system...
