My Task bar constantly seems to be stuttering. Like it's refreshing at like 10hz... It's really friggin annoying. Any suggestion? Tried formatting, and re installing drivers. Monitor maybe?

Damn you reality. Well it was time for an upgrade anyway. 

 

Another reason i will never buy Acer products.
