windows 8.1 colour problems

Hi Linustechtips.com

 

i just installed windows 8.1 and installed all my drivers and games,

but after abit i noticed that the colour theme is black and i cant change it 

but ive seen poeple change their colour easily but when i change the colour on my theme, the only thing that changes is the colour theme and i dont thinks its meant to be like that ? s:

im running 64 bit

Looks like a custom theme.

Try changing the theme to the windows default theme

i have changed it to default i havent installed any themes. 

i've only changed wallpaper. after i installed windows 8.1 enterprise it was just black like this s:
