does older hdds causes slower game rendering ? ......pls dont give suggestion to upgrade to ssd ......... just answer me y/n and if it is yes ......then tell me why older hdds causes slow game  rendering?

Rendering has nothing to do with your hard drive, that's only done on your GPU or on integrated graphics on your CPU.

 

Your hard drive will increase load time, and It'll only cause lag if your system is using SWAP.

Swap (sometimes referred to as a pagefile) is space on your hard drive that acts as an extension of your RAM.  It's only really used if you are running out of RAM and is much slower than your actual memory.
