AIO Pump woes and buzzing

We got me a Corsair AIO in my signature and there was ton of noise from the pump.  I called Corsair they sent another one.  Its like a air noise plus buzzing if you put your ear close.  So we RMAed and got another one which didn't fair any better.  The temps are great and I have no complaints.  Then suddenly the pump started buzzing loud I mean really loud but still worked and RPM was good on the pump.  Then the buzzing noise level reduced but still did it.  Then the buzzing got less then loud again until it finally shut the heck up and felt like how it is when you first get it.  I don't think it is a good idea to keep this unit and for the pump to eventually fail and be out of warranty.  So we will RMA this but my question is, is the buzz noise normal ?  You have to put your ear close to hear it.  I will be RMAing this but is the pump noise just part of the package and what not ?  Thanks in advance.
