Merch Package Question

Hey, so I purchased a ticket when LTX was announced, but since then I've had to dig into the funds I was going to spend on transport and hotel/accommodations on some other things that I wasn't expecting to come up. I'm wondering if there's any way to still get the merch pack since I won't be able to physically attend this year which I'm extremely bummed about, but other things took precedent. If not, is there any possibility of a refund? I hope y'all have fun and I'm looking forward to going next year :)
