Unknown cable?

Hello, all I need to know is what this cable is and where do I connect it on the motherboard? There are numbers 2510 and 15 written on it. White arrow points to some fan hub with led etc. that the cable connects to. (its pointing on the exact port the cable goes to)

The 4 pin is a PWM fan header, the 3 pin is a 5v ARGB header. Unless you have a motherboard with a 5v RGB header or a controller you can use it on, its useless to you.
