i use it for fixing the metadata up on 100,000 songs surfing the web scanning it old slides and i little be of old video 8 film 
looks like theaes are the best prices here in australia https://www.macfixit.com.au/apple-memory-ram/imac/apple-imac-retina-5k-2019/
and it looks like PC4-21333 is not needed PC4-21300 will work
