Can't get virtualization tech to work

I would like to play PUBG Mobile

on PC using an emulator called LDplayer, How ever virtualization won't get recognized on my system despite being enabled in my BIOS.

specs:

-Intel Dual Core E5700 3.00 GHz

-2GB RAM

-GT 610 graphics card.

-Windows 7 ultimate 64bit .

I tried disabling it and re-enabling it, but no luck, I used "LeoMoon" software to see if my CPU support VT and it says it supports it but it's disabled but then again it's enabled in the BIOS.

I also tried to disable Hyper-V but i couldn't find it, it's missing.

is there a solution?

 

EDIT: I FOUND A SOLUTION: Download Windows Virtual PC Here , after instalation it will ask you to reboot you computer, do that and let you PC configure things after that VT will be Enabled.

What is your motherboard model?

 

Even if you did get it working, I suspect that you'll be extremely limited by those specs. Virtualization is hard, especially if you trying to run a game inside it.

Gigabyte G41MT-S2

 

The emulator is supposed to help people with low end pc's to run PUBG moblie better though, I already ran the game using Tencent gaming buddy , but the frame rate is around 24, I was hoping that LDplayer could boost it up to 30 fps.
