From HDD to SSD !PROBLEM

I don't Use forums much I'm a social reject so if this is in the wrong place let me know!

 

I had a catastrophic failure on a FireCuda ST1000X015 and was able to recover most of my Data to a 320GB Toshiba MQ01ABD032.

Today I got a good deal on a 3D NAND 1TB WB Blue M.2 2280 so I used Clonezilla to clone the 320Gb to the M.2 but now my M.2 is only showing at the HDD capacity testing the drive shows that it knows the other 680GB is there but its not showing as unallocated or anything even in Linux, I tried many partition tools to scan and it knows there is 1.95Billion sectors but shows the drive ending at 652M sectors but still can't give me that space back.

 

what can I do?

in Windows there's diskmgmt.msc. I dont know Linux

Already tried I even tried a Low level disc access to see if it was Hiden or something.

Why were you cloning the drive instead of simply copying your data?

You can change the size of the partition in the windows tool. But the free/not allocated space and the partition you want to resize must be next to each other. If they are not you can use a tool to change the partition order.
