old ethernet driver

so lately I've gotten a Packard bell platinum 750, and have restored back to windows 98se but there are just about no working drivers. the floppy drive, ps/2 ports and serial ports are the only things ive gotten to work yet other than the monitor. i can't find this computer anywhere and i keep getting platinum 750 pros on google,  trying to get the dolphin peripherals Ethernet card to work but i cant find drivers on wayback machine, internet archive, driverguide and on dolphin peripherals site, which seems to be going down. can someone please help me find the driver for this?

don't think the pc meets the system requirements but ill give it a go
