Windows 10 admin blocking asus apps

I have reinstalled windows 10 formatting my C drive with Official Oct 2018 iso file from Windows website.

After installing all motherboard drivers and utilities, I am facing a serious issue.

Asus AI suite 3 runs in background as its set to run with windows startup.

But when I click on AI suite 3 in start menu it won't open.

Same with Aura software and Livedash for my AIO cooler.

It shows this, This app has been blocked by the administrator for your protection.

I need help solving this issue. It was working fine before I reinstalled OS.

I am the only user on this PC and I have logged into my Microsoft account and its showing administrator for my account.

What security software did you have on your system? Malwarebytes, Avast, AVG, etc ?

No my pc is not joined to any domain. I run my PC in my house on my personal network.

The issue is solved after a clean format and installation of windows again.
