Fans for a Dell Server.

Looking to change fans on my server. Dell PowerEdge R905.

Works great for what I want it to do.  Just to dam loud.

It has 4, 92mm X 25mm stock cans.

I see where it will be easy to change them out, BUT.

The Dell system uses a 4 wire 6 pin set up.

Everything I find online. Has 3 wire 3 pins set up.

 

Can I make them work? I have been looking everywhere. 

Can find no good info on this. OR? Did I just miss it?

 

Any help would be great.
