What did I do I need help

Turn the power on and it will not go past the press f2 to go into BIOS screen even if I press f2 it doesn't do anything just stuck on that screen.

Check and re-seat all plugs, cards, including the CPU.

Go inside your PC and take out the Circular Battery, Wait 30 seconds....Pop it back in then Reboot...

It started right after I clean the PC I use an electric blower the small one you use for electronics kind of like canned air also I don't know how to apply my signature I'm new to forms I've never used them before. Also thank you for your quick reply I appreciate it

Go to your name up top right hand side.  Where it shows your avatar.  Click it and go to account settings then on the left side you will see signature,,,,, fill her in and well fix you up.
