Laptop Motherboard in Bitfenix Case

Currently I am trying to fit a Lenovo IdeaPad Z570 Motherboard into a Bitfenix Case I found in our basement. It will be used  as an games-, web- and file- server. It's ridiculous, I know.

If someone knows or has an idea how I could control the 2 Bitfenix fans built in the case, it would really help the airflow.

Else every comment is appreciated.

Problem is that having huge case with case fans still won't do anything to laptops cooling. Its that heatsink-thingy thats responsible. You can change thermal paste and pads, but having case fans which aren't directed towards mobo won't help. If you were planning to add 10+ HDDs, then those fans could have keeped those drives cool.

How can I change the pads or make the airflow more worth while

Also if I put the bottom fan to inward flow and the top one to outwards, it would result in more air being pushed through that laptop cooler

Same way you do it with desktop. Ready yourself with new paste and pads, remove cooler, clean old stuff out of the way and apply new.

Back when I had to do same, it was about swapping whole cooler because of broken fan.
