Help with new laptop?

Hello there. First of all sorry if I don't write correctly but English is not my mother language. 

That said, a friend of mine ia looking for a new laptop and I can't decide with this many brands.

He's looking for something within 1500-1600€ budget, 15" screen, and he wants to be able to work with AutoCAD and also some gaming. He doesn't want it to be noisy or that it gets too hot with usage. Aaand I think that's it, any help would be greatfull.

PS: if it helps, I'm from Spain and we were thinking on using amazon.es or pccomponentes.com in order to get it.

No preferences about weight. I don't think he needs Quadro GPU. He doesn't use AutoCAD that often and not for very complex things.

Min battery life: I don't really know but maybe 4h? He will mostly use it with charger to play and only use it with battery when using Netflix, Word, web browsing, etc.

I think that we can buy from other countries but since we are at the Canary Islands maybe taxes and shipping costs will be too much. Anyway, you can tell me about those options and I can see if it isn't too expensive.

I'm referring to other Clevo and TongFang models
