I will mostly be playing games like BF4, and also i will be Recording. I am looking for a processor that is good for recording (not i7, no $$$). Would and fx 8350 or i5 4670k do me good?

Thanks

FX 8350 if you plan on video editing and streaming. BF4 is pretty well optimized at using 8 threads.

Do yourself a favour and get an i5 4670K. The 8350 gets trumped by the 3570K, so the 4670K widens the margin even further.

Videos on LinusTechTips show how badly the 8350 performs against the 3570K. That's in gaming only, remember that in general purpose computing, the 4670K will win even more due to its much higher IPC.

For gameplay capture or streaming get an FX 8320, pair it with a $50 CPU cooler & overclock it.
Total cost will still be lower than a 4670K and you'll get much better multi-tasking performance.
