Hi guys I'm newer to PC's and I built my system on a budget and yea came out with an athlon and a gtx 960 well it was all running well until 5 minutes ago where my fps in Cs went down to 20 and now my system feels extremely slow and I dont know what to do, any help is appreciated

Please list all of your system specs, and check thermals on your system.

 

If you shut it down for say, 15 minutes, then power it back up and get back on, does it run fine, or is it now slow all the time since the 5 minutes ago mark?

Hi the specs are as follows

Zotac 4gb gtx 960 mini

2x4gb 2133hz corsair lpx memory

A320-m hd2 mother board 

Athlon x 4 950.

As for shutting it off I will try I just was playing skyrim jo issues then in a cs game it dipped down and hasn't felt right since

Task manager is saying the same as after burner ans saying that my gpu isnt really being used and my cpu is pinned but showing that csgo has 90% usage
