getting occasional "bf" POST code

So, sometimes when I turn on my PC I get an occasional "bf" POST code and my PC wont boot... This always fixes itself if I turn off the PC and then turn it on again. Then I get an AA POST code and everything works fine. I never have any problems if I boot from sleep mode, only if the PC is off and I turn it on... It doesn't happen often though, maybe once every few months. Anyone know what the issue might be? Not a big problem but I'm wondering if something is making my system unstable. I run everything on stock and have not messed with overclocking or anything.

Mobo: Asus X99-M WS

CPU: i7 6850k

Graphics card: Asus 1080ti

RAM: Dominator Platinum 4x8GB (same kit)

PSU: Seasonic Prime Ultra Titanium 750W
