below i have added some computer info please let me know if u need more to help me 

 

with the hardware i have i figured i should be able to play ghost recon,assassins creed and dues ex mankind and farming simulator with lots of mods and american truck simulator with mods as well on max settings but i get low frame rates with all mentioned games 

please help if u can

Do you know how much ram you have and what speed it is?
