This has been happening for a while now

Every now and then, the 'Windows Remove.wav' sound would play every few seconds several times.

These weird sessions happen at least once a day during random times (While playing, idle, watching, doing homework, etc.)

I thought maybe some device could be loose so I decided to remove and plug in all devices connected to my PC.

Nothing changed.

Restarting and performing Windows Updates to my PC did nothing as well

When I checked Device Manager, the window was constantly refreshing

Using Windows 10

Any help would be appreciated

The Sounds and the refreshing do not happen at the same time.

the refreshing is always happening while the sounds play more randomly

Disconnect every device connected besides keyboard and mouse and start plugging in one by one until you find out which is doing it. I had a bad USB extension cable cause a similar problem for a few months back.

Did that found nothing oddly.

However, when playing FPS games like overwatch or apex, the keyboards would stop responding for a fraction of a second, but enough to make me misplay.

The mouse was also doing the same thing so its probably these two devices. They are pretty old
