ME Kernel Host Error

I have been getting these errors on my Dell OptiPlex 790 and have no idea what it is or why it is happening. I am relatively new to computers.

 

Failed to get ME Kernel Host Interface version

 

(A7) Me FU Downgrade - Request MeSpiLock Failed

 

Error sending End of Post message to ME.

 

I am getting them in that order.

Did you try this?

- Start Computer

- Press F12 at the Dell logo (May require wired keyboard)

- Select "Change Boot Mode Settings"

- Select "Legacy Boot Mode, Secure Boot OFF"

- Apply changes

- Computer will restart, press F12 again at the Dell logo

- Select "Windows Boot Manager"

- Computer will start as normal. Log in. Once on your desktop, restart computer

- Press F12 at the Dell Logo

- Select "Change Boot Mode Settings"

- Select "UEFI Boot Mode, Secure Boot ON"

The computer should then start normally and you should have no more issues.

I already tried this but it wasn't working. We concluded that it's a problem with the motherboard. We are searching for a new motherboard now. The motherboard slot for the graphics card wouldn't power it, either.
