the arctic accelero twin turbo is great, and it's really quiet as well as cheap.

I'd link you one,but I have no idea where you'd be buying from.

The best aftermarket GPU coolers for the 6870 are the:

Arctic Cooling XTREME Plus II - 45.99

Both GPU coolers are great. Personally I prefer theArctic Cooling XTREME Plus II because it has three 92mm fans that keep the GPU silent and cold. The GELID Rev. 2 ICY VISION is a cheaper option and has uv reactive fans that also spin quiet. In conclusion, both GPU coolers are fantastic choices that will definitely beat the stock cooler. Any one is a great choice. It really depends on what your looking for like color, size, fan amount, and sound.

The accelero extreme 3 is a possibility but it cost 80$ but you ll be able to use it on your next card,

 

You could also go for the Dwood mod which is sticking an h60 or another AIO on the gpu using some brackets made by a guy over at overclock.net.

The bracket cost about 5$ and you need the AIO

I can only find these at about 90$ I would buy 2 right now at that price...(if they ship to canada)
