Bluetooth latency issues

Hello,

 

I have a bluetooth dongle connected to USB 2 port on PC. It is no name bt 4.0 dongle.

When I connect a DualShock 4 controller only I have no problem.

But I got bluetooth speakers (bt ver 2.1) and when I connect them both, the controller is laggy. I can see in InputMapper that the latency is bad. 

What are my options to fix this? Can I get a better dongle? Or are all dongles the same. 

I am planning on buying also bluetooth headphones but I want to use the controller and headphones at the same time. I won't buy the headphones otherwise.
