Black screen on startup (no signal)

Everything went perfect when building, but the monitor didn’t show any image. Tried DP and HDMI in MOBO (ASUS Z390-A) and GPU. Same result (no signal).

MOBO shows a permanent “VGA” white light (Onboard lights)

Did you check PCI-E power cables going to the gpu to make sure they were in all the way? Double check to make sure that the card is fully slotted in the First 16x PCI-E slot on the board?
