First should I pick a x370 motherboard or a x470.

And second is that there are only those motherboard available in here and I dunno which one to pick.

PS1: Here is my build:

The difference between X370 and X470 is more to do with features than anything, if you're asking about overclocking then the chipset itself isn't important.

From the list you've given the best motherboards in my opinion are: Asus X370 ROG Crosshair VI (the best), Asus Prime x370 and X470-Pro and the MSI X470 Gaming Plus is okay. Any of those will do you well. If you're going to a Ryzen 9 I'd either wait for the X570 motherboards which will have power delivery designs more focused towards the bigger CPUs like the Ryzen 9 or go with the ROG Crosshair VI as its power delivery is overkill for both the first and second generation of Ryzen CPUs.
