Network problem

Hi,
almost every day in the morning my network ain't working.
i solved it by going to cmd and type:
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
sometimes its still not working and i try again until it is...
also i using my pc as wifi hotspot and i found out its better to turn it off before i do the cmd part. (i think the wifi hotspot  somehow connected to the problem)
my pc is connected through a cable.
when the problem occur, the windows trouble shooter say "DNS server not responding".
any suggestion?
