RUST Internet connection problem

Hello. I bought rust and I have this problem when it seems I have like 100% pl sometimes and in general game is laggy not fps just internet and when I check ping in game I have like 40-50 stable. Its like my game is offset in some way. My friend starts to talk to game voice chat and I first hear it on discord and sometimes like 2 seconds later I hear it in game.
