Hi yesterday i updated to Win 10 64bit and now when i open properties for This PC it shows it can use 6.25 out of 7gb Ram.  I tried making changes in msconfig and from Bios (BTW i dont have igpu so dont mention that).  I am sure that my RAM isnt the problem because i have other pc and all 4 of them work there its just on this pc.

P.S. I did install Win 10 64bit from official Microsoft site.

Thanks :)

Seems to be windows using memory for graphics mapping. This is normal even with a dedicated GPU sometime.

I would open up your graphics card properties so right click on desktop, display settings, at the bottom display adapter properties for display 1 link, and under the adapter tab look at shared system memory or system video memory is compaired to dedicated video memory.

Yea so that is graphics memory mapping. Most likely part of that is reserved all the time usually its up to 4GB's so GPU with more then 4GB of VRam doesn't do graphics memory mapping. If you open up task manager  and go to performance tab and select memory See what hardware reserved value is.

Yea i see it now it says it has 770mb reserved for hardware now is there a way to make that 0mb or should i keep it like that because i asume windows set that as default.

There a few ways you can get it back but if your not using all of your ram best to just leave it alone.

First

Run> regedit > Enter

Goto HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE> SYSTEM> Current Control Set> Control> Session Manager> Memory Management double lick on that folder on the right locate ClearPageFileAtShutdowon double click change value to 1. Exit registry editor

Second

Run> Msconfig> Enter

Goto Boot Tab> Click Advanced options> Uncheck Maximum memory if it is checked. Apply and Ok Restart PC.

Check task manager again Hardware Reserved should be down to around 16MB or so and you should see the full amount in system information again.
