Optane memory application won't launch

I used Optane in my system before but recently had to do a full reinstall of my OS. Everything's up and running, Optane is installed in the same M.2 slot. I ran the SetupOptaneMemory.exe installer and everything went in smooth. Now when I go to launch the utility from my taskbar nothing happens. I get the splash screen, then that closes and nothing comes up.

 

Anyone have any similar experiences?
