Hi guys!!

I just wanted to brain check myself here a bit, I've had this PC running now for a month or so and had no issues. About a week or 2 ago, i rebooted it and it was acting up and got stuck on the post 55 (memory initialization error per the book) but eventually booted up. Fast forward to last night and its been up and running fine and peachy, rebooted since its been up for a while and bam, stuck at code 55 now.

Rage bought some replacement ram - same issue still

Reset the bios - same

tried a single ram stick in every slot one by one - same issue

no bios reflash options available (supposed to hit end to get to qflash - post stops at 55 before the keyboard even comes alive)

The only outside thought i have is that the ram might be wrong? but the gigabyte site does say it supports 3600 so kinda at a loss except for RMA'ing the board which I can definitely do but just wanted to see if I was missing something dumb

AMD - Threadripper 1950X

Gigabyte - X399 AORUS PRO ATX TR4

G.Skill - Trident Z Royal 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 Memory

Samsung - 970 Evo 500 GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive

EVGA - 1000 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

Thanks for reading my sad sad story and let me know if you have any suggestions, i'll probably just pursue the RMA route other wise
