Have a strict $350 budget for a graphics card and I was just wondering what is the best new msrp rtx 2060? Any of the base models will fit in my case.

MSI Ventus has high pitched fan noise, Asus Strix (and I suspect the rest of the Asus cards as well) aren't as bad but not great either, Gigabyte's customer service isn't really there, it's down to EVGA XC (the thicc single fan card) and Zotac 2060 amp. I've not seen Galax or Palit offerings yet so no opinions on them so far.
