Need help at overclocking.

I have a xeon e3 1240 v2 and an asus p8h77 matx mobo.the processor has a boost clock of 3.8 ghz on single core and an all core turbo of 3.57 can I overclock it to 3.8 ghz on all cores.if any of you guys have access to a related article plz share it with me.I know these xeons are not so popular in overclocking and not sure even if they are overclockable at all.

Its all in the manual if you still have it, if not head to the product page and download it. 

I'm not familiar with overclocking xeon or on h77, but the manual looks like it supports OC?

Probs best going to overclock.net for that sort of information, its a very niche overclocking community, but it should be possible to overclock it.
