Steelseries Engine issue

Hi, i just bought sensei raw a few day ago, the mouse seem to work fine until i installed Steelseries Engine it stop working immediately after installation but the mouse seem to work on other computers.If i uninstalled the engine on my current computer it works again.I try reinstall and update it firmware but it doesn't solve the problem.anyone know how to fix this problem?

i restarted my pc many time,uninstall Steelseries Engine and i also try reinstall firmware on my laptop.The update firmware was fine but when i plug it in my pc with Steelseries Engine installed it's still not working until i uninstall the SS engine
