Java CPU scheduling

Good Day to everyone 

i was hoping if anyone could help me with my problem, I am trying to stimulate CPU scheduling (round robin) using Java 
i'm having problem on the quantum time it doesn't minus it to the burst time when i enter my arrival time and burst time and the process starts the quantum for every second doesn't work it finishes the job performing FCFS 

here is the program i have been working for months i search alot of youtube channels i still don't get it 
can someone tell me what is wrong with the program and teach me on how to fix it it will be a great help for me
