I'm going to buy vega 64 gigabyte card tomorrow i have a G550M cooler master PSU atm to use with my RX 480 4GB but need a better PSU which one of these two PSU's would be enough to run the 64? I'm keeping my system cooler master and gigabyte themed. Thanks

The masterwatt is much cheaper for a reason, not that it's bad but it's their lower tier product. Either would be more than enough though, an improvement over your current unit.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

I'm pretty sure there's better psu's than that for the price, surely. V650 is a good psu but there's better value options.

For example, Corsair RMx is a newer series, and cheaper:

Seasonic has a good 650w one for better:

There's probably one or two more better for the price if you search for them.

V-Series, hands down.

Though I do not know, if it will work because I haven't tested it. But I don't see a reason for it not to.

Other ALternatives are be quiet Straight Power 11, Bitfenix Whisper M (tested positive).

Not that much, Cooler Master V-Series is a very good unit.

Not a good idea with VEGA.

They have Problems with it and admitted it.

Fan noise is a bit on the high side and he has the money, so he can get a decent, quieter PSU...
