Chrome is quiet

For some reason chrome is quiet for me. This includes youtube, spotify and twitter. This started when I got my corsair hs70. I would be watching youtube at 78 volume then open up a game and I would have to lower my volume to around 10. My headphones in the corsair icue software are on bass boost. How can I increase chromes volume?

Right click speaker icon in system tray (bottom right of screen see this ?) so now "open volume mixer" now raise Chrome's sound. If this doesn't work contact Corsair.
