Go to solution Solved by LukeSavenije,

iirc it doesn't, but that 4 pin is useless unless you're doing ln2 overclocking, so don't worry about it

tho i would worry about a g3... it has some hefty otp and opp problems

and look into the aorus z390 and asrock extreme4, all have a full 12 phase over the fat 4 phase on the pro carbon

Will there be a bottleneck between the i5 9600k and the rtx 2080? On bottleneck calculator it says yes

yeah, but the bottleneck calculator is a bit load of bs

it'll bottleneck in cpu heavy games, it won't in well balanced or gpu heavy games

that's a weird conclusion

no, obviously a 2080 ti will be better, it's just that results can be a bit worse compared to the 9700k in some games like ac Odyssey and csgo

No dude, if i go for a 9600k i should get the 2070 instead of the 2080 since I wouldn't get a bottleneck i am asking

i mean on the gpu... i have never seen a gpu with 8+4

except if you're talking mobo, which can be 8+4

and that would work, as the eps connectors are 4+4, so you can just use both cables

Sorry typo its an 8+6 thanks btw
