I recently bought a mayflash W010 dolphin bar (http://www.mayflash.com/Products/NINTENDOWiiU/W010.html) I want to use it in dolphin emulator( https://dolphin-emu.org/ ), this emulates wii games on pc. I would also like to use wiimotes as a mouse for testing certain things.

However, I cannot sync my wiimotes to the dolphin bar and have no idea why. I tried lots of things already but nothing seems to work. LED 1, 2 and 3 of the wiimote blink with any button press as well as the sync button.

The dolphin bar should have bluetooth built-in.

Does Windows recognize the bar as a Bluetooth emitter?

Did you update the firmware like they say on the product page (latest seems to be V09, released on Apr.1,2017)

Supports TR WiiMotes and the newest Dolphin 4.0-2241(Please download the newest Dolphin version from the official website https://dolphin-emu.org) by installing the updated firmware on MAYFLASH website download page

1.Download and run the firmware (MAYFLASH DolphinBar Upgrade Firmware Ver03) on WINDOWS (XP, WIN7 or WIN8).

2.Press and hold the “SYNC” button on the DolphinBar, and plug the DolphinBar into the PC USB ((Your Windows will find the new firmware, wait until the recognization is completed).

3.Release the SYNC button, and you'll find the Update Firmware button becomes available. Click this button to update.

4.Please don’t plug out the DolphinBar when it’s upgrading.

I don't personally have this bar, since what I got is just a regular bluetooth 4.0 emitter dongle and a battery powered wireless IR bar (candles would literally do the same job as the IR bar)
The way I connect the wiimote, is not through bluetooth settings of Windows or by "syncing" to anything, but through the Dolphin emulator itself in the remote configurations. But I'm assuming that isn't the case for this bar?

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3700x / GPU: Asus Radeon RX 6750XT OC 12GB RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x16GB DDR4-3200
MOBO: MSI B450m Gaming Plus NVME: Corsair MP510 240GB / Case: TT Core v21 PSU: Seasonic 750W / OS: Bazzite

Windows does not recognize the bar as a Bluetooth emitter but I don't think I should.

I did update the firmware.

Normally you can use this without even having dolphin but I think mine just doesn't work as I don't see any ir light emitted(using a phone camera).

I guess I am just gonna contact Mayflash to try and get a replacement.
