First time Custom Loop noob

Hello friends. I'm a long time nerd but new to this forum and new to custom loop cooling. I have a question on rad / fan placement.

Here's the important pieces my current build currently using a kracken AIO for the CPU and stock fans for GPU

Thermaltake View 71 Case

gigabyte z390 master

i9-9900k

RTX 2080ti

My temps on this build are what I would call normal for most people I've seen. CPU 76-80c under load and GPU 72-80 with a smidge of OC.

I want to do a custom loop. I've been doing a ton of research and I have a cart ready to for purchasing.

I know I can get by with a 420 Rad but I want some headway for overclocking and if I ever have enough money, I might SLI the 2080 ti's.. for science. Also for my personal preference in cosmetics I would like 2 rads

I want to know the best radiator and fan placement.

I'm real dumb in thermal and air flow sciences but my current plan is the following.

Front 420 radiator set up as intake

Case / Fan / Radiator

Top 360 radiator as exhaust

Case / radiator / fan

I'll have 1 140 fan on the rear for exhaust as well.

Will that work? Is that stupid? Is there something more benefial to temps or perhaps ceanliness?

Thaaaaaanks

That sounds good. If they're the same thickness the 420 rad will cool more and having it get fresh cool air will allow it to perform optimally
