GPU is randomly throttling

I am running a 680MX and it is just randomly throttling and i can not figure out the reason.

What are you doing when it's throttling? What's the GPU's temperature when this happens? And what are the clock speeds when it happens?

The GPU throttles mostly when on Chrome and its about 70 degrees

Are you doing anything in particular? Like watching a video or running a WebGL app?

 

Also what clock speeds is the GPU running at when this happens?
