help with ram setting please..

hi i have been using b450-f asus board pair with 2700x and month ago i bought tridentz 32 gig ram(3000mhz)
but is running on 2733mhz if i set any highier then this it will just go back to default which is 2133mhz
i didnt change anything.it says on the packet (cL15 1.35v)..so i undersatnd is to get to 3000mhz i need have my latency set to 15 with the temp 1.35v
its runs stable on 2700mhz.but it shows latency 16.0 in corsair icue space is any way i can get 3000mhz ..hope u guy's understand it's a bit confused .
done v bit research still nothing..
 
 spec are.. ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F Motherboard
             AMD Ryzen 7 2700x processor  
            G.Skill Trident Z RGB 32GB (4x 8GB) 3000MHz DDR4
temp are 30 on ide    thanks

amd is known to have some problems with odd numbers

 

what happens when you do 3000 mhz cl16?

thanks.. it reset to 2133mhz and letency set to 15 aswell with in default
