Fps cap?

So a few days ago I received my 1660 ti and I plan on streaming fortnite with it, when I first booted up the game I was getting 160-250 fps no problem, but now It refuses to go above 134 fps.

Is the in-game fps counter broke (if so what should I use) or is there a driver problem

specs: R5 2600, 1660 ti, 550w psu

GeForce Experience has a FPS counter, also check if there's some v-sync or FPS limit setting on in game.
