Does anyone know of any good, cheap desks in the uk?

For in a Corner sitting:

Buy one breakfast bar leg 700mm high (about 11-12 quid on Amazon) and one 18mmx610mmx1220mm sheet of MDF from B&Q for 13 quid and a length of 25mmx10mm planed wood for not a lot of money and cut it to 1000mm and 500mm peices. Put the breakfast bar leg against the walls and mark 2 lines on each.  Screw the two 25mmx10mm bits of wood to your walls.  Screw the breakfast bar leg to the sheet of mdf . Make sure it's on the opposite corner of the wall corner and screw the mdf onto the two bits of wood on the walls.  If you're fancy use black spray paint on the mdf first.  If you're REALLY fancy use some vinyl wrap

If you want a standing desk do as above but use an 1100mm breakfast bar leg
