Hello guys.

I'm planning to upgrade my OLD PC so my brother can play.

Spec from my old pc:
GPU: Sapphire Radeon R9 280 3gb

CPU: AMD A8 6600k

RAM 8 GB

Mobo: A random gigabyte board.

I bought this pc back in 2014, and now he is getting around 30-50 fps, playing games.

I want to buy the following parts:

CPU: Intel I7 9600k

RAM: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16 GB

MObo: MSI - Z390-A PRO ATX

Because im on budget, I want to use my OLD gpu ( Radeon R9 280 3gb ) for around 1-2 months, and after when I get enough money, I watn to buy ASUS gtx 1070.

My question is, will i have problems if I use my old gpu on the new system?

There should be no problem as long as long as you have a sufficient power supply
