Create own Mac

Is it possible to make the Mac using old used part from iFixit and have valid Mac OS X installation??

Is it cost effective??

and can heat problem can be solve like that way????

Using apple Logic board and using I/O ports for Output!!!

In theory yes, but it honestly would probably cost more then buying one and be more expensive. Also, there are many parts you need that you can't get on iFixit, such as screws and clasps. I mean you could probably find the parts on eBay but it wouldn't make much sense. Also it would only be possible on an older Macintosh 2001-2014ish as now they are all one board and such.

Why would you want to do this..... Mac's are laptop and two in ones which means you can't just plug and drop components like custom desktop PC.

What I think is if I pick the used mother board of macbook and use it's I/O ports to connect the external devices so I don't want to make the exact system that Apple provides I want to make the system with some parts which are not used or provided by the apple ....
