So, I am pretty new at this whole overclocking thing, but I have been working on it with my R7 2700x and I have gotten it stable at 4Ghz, but with really high voltage, so I asked about it and I was pointed to LLC, but the Issue is that there are so many different modes fore it on my motherboard, that I have no Idea where to even start. Any tips would help me out a lot and I would really appreciate it.

First, careful with the voltage, Steve over at GamersNexus demonstrated that ryzen can be delivering damaging voltages when set to deliver voltages in the safe range. Typically I look up "(mobo model) llc" places like tweaktown usually give tables in their reviews and they won't be 100% accurate (minor variance between boards) it'll get you really close to what you should expect
