Thats a horrendous power supply. Definitely get yourself a different one.

 

What is the aim for this build? ea daily tasks etc - with some more information we can help you better :)

2 things. 1- I don't recommend gigabyte products, they isn't really good and i hear more people complaining about their warranty than another brands.

2- RX570 is a very good card, but i recommend a RX580 or gtx 1060 (if you can)

just to play CS:GO and edit clips, nothing to harsh

RX570 is good for this kind of games (i answered thinking you were going to play really heavy games)

u dont recommend gigabyte product? i do, i had 3 gigabyte gpus, a 1060 2070 AND 2080, all worked very good, never had issues, just depends on your luck i guess, things can happen with every brand

Edit since I was busy making the link right before people commented but hey ho i didnt make it in time.

 

If OP is only using it for simple tasks and CS:GO, you can get the Ryzen 5 2400G and use integrated graphics until your budget allows for a dedicated GPU in the future. The RAM increase to 16GB works well for AMD chips. You could opt for going DDR4-3000 instead of 2666 for $20 more which will also have a bit of an impact on performance:
