GOT EVERYTHING FINISHED!  Sorry it took this long to post pictures but I wanted to get everything done first - Install Windows 7/Update Drivers/Overclock.  I got my 4770K to 4.6ghz, and the 780 Ti w/ VG248QE 144hz w/ G-Sync looks amazing.  The Ducky keyboard is a little smaller than I am use to, but it is awesome and I am getting use to it.  Very Very surprised I had no problems with starting it up and getting everything installed/updated.  Also surprised at how quiet it is, although my last pc was a dell xps that sounded like a jet engine however it is very silent even during stress testing. Anyway sorry the pictures are not as awesome as the pc but I am not a good photographer nor do I have a good camera.

After Overclock CPU is running on average temp of 35c on idle and 75c on 100%

Question, Is the 350D big? I'm planning to use one as well.

I would not call it big or small, it is definitely the right size for me.

I am glad I went with the mATX just because I am using mainly for gaming and it has everything the ATX has + can expland to SLi and more memory later on.

I really should I don't even use the link.  I will do that and install this HDD that arrived tomorrow.  Thanks for the suggestion, wouldn't have thought of that.
